GM: never mind Q1, what’s in prospect for the rest of 2025?

Markets are always forward-looking, at least in theory, but the interest in GM’s Q1 results announcement was more than usually focused on the company’s view of its prospects for the rest of the year. GM is one of the first major US companies (from any sector) to offer a view on the expected full-year impact of tariffs and other trade disruptions.
