Squatters are a plague on many communities, and in some states, like California, they’re given “rights” that make it hard to drive them out of private property, effectively making your house their house.

This is a massive problem in blue states, but people aren’t without their tools. Businesses have popped up that effectively drive the squatter from the home by getting around some of the laws designed to protect them.
But one property owner didn’t hire a business, she simply called her brother, a streamer who goes by the name “Asian Andy,” and what Andy put this woman through is nothing short of pure psychological torture, which he turned into fun content you can now enjoy.
To give you some background before we start, you need to learn about the squatter in question.
The reports about the woman named “Mary” are filthy with horrific details. According to Andy, Mary is notorious around California for being a professional squatter, prostitute, and con artist who utilizes services like AirB&B to move in to homes and then just doesn’t leave. Instead, she’ll squat legally under California law, never leaving. She’s also a raging racist.

Andy, at the end of all of this, dug into her past found she’s a former mental patient who has a habit of harassing property owners and tenants, even going so far as to call CPS on people who give her a hard time in order to try to get their children taken away. She often takes up a lot of time and money by dragging people into frivolous lawsuits.
I want to let you know the kind of cruel and unusual person Mary is because what Andy subjects her to would be considered cruel and unusual in any other circumstance. However, in this case, it’s just a real pleasure to watch.
The story starts off with Mary squatting at a residence, effectively flaunting her ability to force the owner to do her bidding, while the police can do nothing about it. As you can see early on, California police are sick and tired of Mary, whom they’ve had to deal with for a long time, a fact that will come into play later.
After Mary damages the foot of Vince, the owner of the home, Andy is called in. He sets up residence in the house and starts streaming. Right away, the chaos begins. Mary is subjected to loud music and banging sounds, as well as Andy’s chat using programs to play their own music and AI voices through the speakers.
By the second video, Mary is already at her wit’s end. She’s locked herself in the room she’s squatting in as Andy and his chat continue the chaos. He also turns it into an unspoken contest of who has the most mental illnesses. While Andy doesn’t have any that I can see, he claims to in order to beat her at her own game.
Moreover, as Andy streams, he smokes a lot of marijuana, effectively hot boxing the house. This causes Mary to throw bleach on the floor in the living room, but Andy simply takes a broom and pushes the bleach under her door. At one point, Andy’s chat learns how to submit AI-created songs that insult and mock Mary.
Throughout this, the police are called by Mary multiple times, and each time they side with Andy.

Mary has clearly had it by the third video but she refuses to leave. Since Andy’s stream is exploding, and his revenue is going up, he continues the psychological assault, including getting up at 6 a.m. in order to sing karaoke. Mary retaliates by throwing oil down on the floor outside the hallway, likely hoping Andy will slip and fall, but he sweeps that back into her room too, being sure to knock on the door with his broom as he does.
Andy also reveals text that were sent to his family members, threatening physical attack if they came near her door out of “self-defense.” She even called the Vietnamese family “uncivilized rat-eating scum,” after threatening to file complaints at their work and schools.
Andy goes to her social media profiles and notices she’s an “SJW who hates white people” and begins calling her “white,” which makes her very angry. Eventually, Mary calls the cops again and the police tell her that if they have to come down again because of a civil matter with Andy, they’ll write her a citation.
In the final video, Andy calls in fellow streamer Justin Carrey, who took the chaos from a 10 to an 11. While Andy takes a break and leaves the house, Carrey drives Mary to near-insanity, eventually causing her to flee. Carrey follows her around in public, continuing to harass and publicly shame her until she finally turns around and spits on him several times, which results in Mary’s arrest.
The gang then go into Mary’s room, which they had so far been banned from entering, and found that Mary is disgusting. She lives like a pig, and even broke the television in the room for an unknown reason.
As Andy notes, this isn’t just a win for Andy and his family, but for all the families Mary ever wronged and took advantage of.
Squatters are something that shouldn’t exist in America as they’re a clear violation of property rights and proof that the government doesn’t recognize private property, just another thing of yours they can have control over. It’s nice to see one of the worst squatters in America served up a dose of their own medicince.
